Key Account Manager (Outbound Sales)

Common Waste is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential customers via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn, and pitching our waste and recycling services. You’ll work closely with our account management and operations teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships across industries such as construction, property management, retail, and manufacturing. Success in this position means consistently generating qualified leads and closing deals to support the company’s revenue growth.
This is a high-activity role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
